Paper (in English) from all areas of Knowledge Management, Knowledge-based System, Educational Management, Learning Organization, Information Technology and other related topics are welcome.

Full papers are limited to 10 pages (A4), not including tables and figures.

Notification of Acceptance by October 28, 2008 on Web Site.

If you wish to participate without presenting a paper, i.e. chair a session, evaluate papers to be included in the conference proceedings or books, contribute to the editing, or any other offer to help, please kindly email your request to Prof.Dr.Wichian Premchaiswadi (phd-it@siam.edu), Conference Program Chair.

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings book. The publication will be a future reference for the Knowledge Management/Learning Organization/Information Technology/ other related topics community, indicating new trends of technologies and learning methodologies. The selected papers from the conference/proceedings will also be published in the International Journal
